Barrick-Oltman, Inc. is a locally, family owned heating and cooling business located in Washington, IL. Owners Mark Barrick and Dan Oltman started the company in 2007, after working together for many years in the heating and cooling industry. Mark and Dan have over 30 combined years of experience in the HVAC industry.


Residential or commercial, our experience and training allows us to specialize in creative solutions to difficult problems that can arise in today's high demands for custom comfort. Whether it's a new home or office or replacing an existing system, we have what it takes to deliver time and time again.


Barrick-Oltman, Inc. is a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD) and holds many certified titles such as Bryant Healthy Air Specialist and NATE (North American Technician Excellence).
